Villa improvements
In an effort to provide our guests with the very best experience at the Kia Orana Villas we have commenced improvement projects that will affect the rear areas of the Villas. The Kia Orana Villas remain a preferred choice for our guests. These improvement projects will allow us to provide guests with an enhanced luxury experience. We apologise for any inconvenience and offer our sincere thanks for your patience and support. The following improvements have been or are being made:

  1. The Villa now has its own powerful Blue Sky hotspot.
  2. The first corten steel privacy screens in the Cook islands (shown in the gallery below) have been installed around the decks on the Villas to provide guests with greater privacy. The artwork for the whale and the Tangaroa on the canoe has been designed for us by a Rarotongan carver and artist Thomas Nganu of Toka Designs.
  3. Our last 6 architect designed open plan luxury garden view villas are being built on the large vacant area at the rear of the property. They are identical to Villas 5 and 10. Our architect's impressions of the layout and design of some of those luxury apartments are shown in the image gallery below, and on this page.  All villas will have the same amenities as Villas 5 and 10.
  4. On completion of  these improvements Kia Orana Villas will offer:
    1. A reception Villa area/Manager's office/cafe/massage room.
    2. Three 94m2 luxury 2 bedroom villas each with 1 king sized leather bed and 2 king single teak beds which can be joined together to form a king-sized bed.
    3. One 94m2 premium luxury 2 bedroom villa with 1 king sized leather bed and 2 king single teak beds which can be joined together to form a king-sized bed.
    4. Nine 42m2 luxury open plan villas all with queen sized 4 poster teak beds.
    5. Two one bedroom rooms with a shared kitchen and shared bathroom/shower.
    6. An executive 2 bedroom Villa with its own lap pool enclosed with corten steel privacy fences available only to approved guests.
