We’ve been steadily improving our facilities over the past two years to make your stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Here’s a look at what’s been happening around the property.
Upgrades Completed in 2024
To improve comfort and durability for our guests, we:
Installed quick-dry inners in all outdoor furniture
Refurbished indoor lounge furniture with new, comfortable cushions and covers
Added loose cushions featuring traditional Rarotongan designs
Replaced all outdoor sun umbrellas with high-quality aluminium models
Enhancements Completed in 2025
This year, we have:
Relocated our three spa pools into the tropical garden to create a more tranquil spa experience
Opened up additional space on the swimming pool deck for more sun loungers
Ordered brand-new aluminium outdoor furniture, arriving in Rarotonga at the end of November 2025
Swimming Pool Deck Renovation
In November 2025, we began a full refurbishment of the swimming pool deck. The work is being completed in two stages to keep the pool open throughout:
Stage 1 — Rear deck (near the pool shed): replacement and retiling, which is being carried out now.
Stage 2 — Front deck area: begins once Stage 1 reopens
Throughout the project, our swimming pool and spa pools remain fully available for guest use. We’re doing everything we can to minimise any impact on your stay.
