  • Liability: Hirers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sets beyond normal wear and tear during the hire period.
  • Jurisdiction: The hire agreement is governed by the laws of the Cook Islands. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cook Islands courts.
