We know that sometimes life takes a different course. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy as straightforward as possible.

Flexible cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Cancel for any reason — full refund, no questions asked.

Within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations inside this window are non-refundable, as we’ve held the villa for you and usually can’t re-let it at short notice. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against last-minute disruptions, and we’ll do our best to relist your villa and refund what we can recover.

Security & safety

  • 🌺 Each villa has its own private gate with keypad entry — only you have the code.
  • 🌺 Villa keys are stored in your personal lockbox, allowing easy and secure after-hours arrival.
  • 🌺 Our eco key card system ensures air conditioning runs only when you’re inside — saving energy without sacrificing comfort.

Check-in: from 2:00 pm.

Check-out: by 10:00 am. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
