Our outdoor saltwater swimming pool and spa pool area
Our outdoor saltwater swimming pool and spa pool area is situated in a garden setting beside Villas 2 and 3, and 5 meters from Villa 4. The tiled pool deck is 23 meters x 6.2 meters and is protected by glass panels and glass gates. Our outdoor saltwater pool which is inset in the deck is 8.4m x 4.2m. It has a constant depth of 1.2m. Situated on the pool deck are 3 two person spa pools. On the deck are rattan sun loungers, side tables, sun umbrellas, bar stools, and an outdoor dining suite.
The pool rules, which are displayed by both pool gates must be followed. The gates must be kept locked, children must not be allowed in the pool area unsupervised, no running bombing or diving is permitted, togs (and not clothes) must be worn, no food or glass objects are permitted in the pool area, and no smoking is permitted.
You can access the internet via Kia Orana Villas Hotspot. You can purchase a Kia Orana Villas wi fi voucher (for use at Kia Orana Villas only) on-line or at reception during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding public holidays). The cost is:
• 15GB $10 (active for 7days) Speed: 35Mbps Down & 5Mbps Up
• 30GB $20 (active for 7days) Speed: 35Mbps Down & 5Mbps Up
Vodafone’s maximum speed is very slow: 4 Mbps on standard plans to 12 Mbps on super plans. It is not suitable for Zoom or business use. To access Vodafone's hotspots you must buy a prepaid wireless access card, available from Vodafone (including in the arrivals area at the International Airport) and many shops. The cards are very expensive and start at NZ$15 for 50 megabytes of downloaded data (a gigabyte (GB) is 1,024 megabytes). Wi-Fi-capable laptops/smartphones can tune into Vodafone’s hotspots around Rarotonga.
