Booking Details:
For Longer Stays: Bikes can be pre-booked for stays of 5 days or more.
Short Stays: For stays under 5 days, bookings can be made upon arrival, contingent on availability.
Terms & Conditions:
Liabilities: The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the rented bicycle during the rental period, barring regular wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to buckled wheels, flat spots on tyres, and any harm or loss of bicycle lights.
Insurance: Renters must possess comprehensive insurance coverage that encapsulates personal injury and third-party liability.
Jurisdiction: This agreement, in all its aspects, is guided by the laws of the Cook Islands. Both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Cook Islands.
